The service

TestHubHQ lets developers publish test campaigns, lets testers join them, and runs automated tests on builds developers upload. By creating an account you accept these terms.

Credits

Credits pay for testers and bot runs. Purchased credits do not expire and are not refundable except where the law requires it. Earned credits can only be spent on TestHubHQ and have no cash value.

When a campaign is published its cost is held in escrow. Testers are paid from escrow for each verified day and accepted report; whatever is left is returned when the campaign ends. The platform fee is not refunded once a campaign is published.

Testers

Use the apps you test as a real user would. Do not fake usage, run several accounts, share a device between accounts or use automation to produce proofs. Accounts that do are closed and their unpaid credits forfeited.

Keep what you see in a test confidential unless the developer says otherwise. Report security issues only to the developer, through TestHubHQ.

Developers

Only upload builds you have the right to distribute and test, and that contain no malware. Do not ask testers to leave store reviews or ratings, or to do anything that breaks the policies of Google Play, the App Store or the Microsoft Store.

TestHubHQ helps you run a closed test; it does not guarantee that a store grants production access or approves your app.

Security testing

Security campaigns cover only the app and the servers the developer owns and names in the campaign. Testing anything else is not authorised by these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
